Looking for a property to deer hunt. Willing to pay, sign document waiving liability and help maintain the property. I own a backhoe, skid steer, loader tractor and shredder, 4 wheeler, side by side and trailers. In return I want exclusive rights to an area to hunt that will not be used by others for activities that will hinder hunting throughout the year. I have a blind on trailer, so will not be cutting or damaging the trees. Only one hunter, usually taking 1 buck and 1 doe during shotgun 2 season. Looking in NE clinton, or SE Jackson counties.
