The couch is very sturdy and comfortable and easily seats 3 people. It has been well taken care of in a clean home (pet and smoke free)
There is a small amount of normal wear on the seating area (slight color variation from use), but nothing structural or noticeable unless you look closely. Overall it still looks great and has a lot of life left.
