Do you need your firewood logs split? (Dubuque and Jo Daviess County)

I see a LOT of logs which are in yards or lots which aren't split. The wood is sitting there and likely deteriorating and also is a nice haven for mice. It may not be very appealing to look at either. I've started bringing my splitter to to the log site and splitting and stacking the wood. This usually is cheaper than ordering firewood - which I also sell.
