Long twisted story will try to minimize.
1) Emma Wiese and Patrick Ferguson (Washington) One of their children had an unknown child. GG grandparents
a) three of their children were in the military
b) the unknown child was mostly like put up for adoption
c) this family lived in Tacoma/Oregon/California area
d) One son changed his name to O'Neil
2) This (UNK) child lived in Quad Cities area at least from 1965-1968
3) Three known child were born to this man
a) GH, June 1966 Mother Judy Marie Howard 1943-2003 worked mostly restaurant type jobs, lived Davenport, Single, raised her child
b) LM Jan. 1967 Mother Nancy Smith-Filseth 1944-2014 worked at Petersen's "The Loft"/ Modeled, lived in Davenport, Single
c) RA, Mar. 1967 Mother Mrs. M. A. 1943 Worked in and owned Hair Salon Moline, Lived in Moline, married.
1)When his parents separated his mother moved with the children to Ohio.
2) I believe where the salon stood is now a Chiropractors office.

4)We know 2 of the three women like to bowl. MA had a bowling team for her salon.
5)They and or some of their acquaintances visited Town and Country Lanes.
6)Nancy's second husband was Todd Filseth an attorney. Nancy put her child up for adoption she was in Mason City during this time at a Catholic Charities home. Her attorney was Charles McManigal. Possibility they were associates? Also maybe a Possibility that McManigal also knew the BF who maybe was a family member or a friends family member.
7)There was a whisper that he might have been a Palmer College Student but not able to prove/disprove.
8)There were some local bars that were also frequented by one or more of these one of these were owned by Willie "Bill" Hillman.
9)Employees of International Harvester is also a possibility.

10)Through DNA they have a high match to Fergusons, several matches to Raddohl (Emma's mother), they have a group of matches that are all descendants of Ellen O'Connor 1845-1922/John Leehey 1841-1924.( Ireland to Iowa)
11)One of Ellen and John Leehey's sons lived and worked in Washington. There is a possibility this is the connection. Poss his granddaughter Mary Alice Leehey 1923-1969?
12) The girls have high Ireland/Scotland/Wales DNA.

RA's grandparents were Clara Mae Hash-Atkins/ Lawrence Atkins. Maternal GP's Alvin Ray/Icey Sutherland.

There is also only one picture our mother kept of anyone in her past. We would like to Identify him. The picture was taken in Bettendorf 1967 at our grandparents house, MR. and MRs. Charles Howard, they lived on the river.
