I am a 25-year old guy looking for college students or young professionals (IBM welcome) to rent out a room near Loras College. I have 1 room available starting January 1st. The house has 4 bedrooms total – the other two are currently rented out by Loras students.
Rent is $325/month; I pay all utilities including HDTV, internet, electricity, etc. Roommates have full use of all living areas, including kitchen, tv room, laundry, etc.
No smoking inside the house and no cats or dogs please.
